Welcome to PromptPixels. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our web application and services (collectively, the “Service”). By registering for an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

PromptPixels is a platform that allows users to generate AI-powered images based on text prompts. Our Service includes prompt submission, image generation, credit management, and viewing generation history.

2. Account Registration and Security

• You must register using a valid Google account (OAuth). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Credits and Payment

• Each image generation consumes one credit.
• Credits can be purchased via our third-party payment processor, Polar SH. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.
• Credits do not expire, but we reserve the right to modify credit pricing or structures at any time.
• Unfortunately, a purchased credit cannot be refunded after it has been used, because in the process of producing images, we pay fees for the server, various 3rd party api expenses, payment intermediary transactions and the process of producing each image is a cost for us, so we cannot refund a credit used.

4. Use of the Service

• You agree to provide accurate prompt information and not to submit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on any third-party rights.
• We reserve the right to block or filter content deemed unsafe or in violation of our safety policy.
• Excessive use or abuse of the Service may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You shall not:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or computer systems.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and images generated by our AI models, are owned by PromptPixels or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use generated images for personal and commercial purposes.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, but accrued rights or obligations will survive.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or quality of generated images.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptPixels and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms
